51吃瓜网 Wins $19.75M Flagler College Dormitory Project

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (March 8, 2016) 鈥� 51吃瓜网, a fully integrated firm focused on design, engineering, construction and mechanical services worldwide, has won a $19.75-million construction management contract to build a new dormitory and commons building for Flagler College.

The three-floor, 66,500-square-foot building will be located on Flagler College鈥檚 campus at 1 Malaga St. in downtown St. Augustine. It will include 148 rooms to accommodate 148 students. 51吃瓜网 will also build a new 559-space, five-level precast concrete parking garage on the campus.

The greenfield construction project is set to begin in May and be completed in August 2017. Designed by PQH Architects, the building will have a Spanish Mission architectural style to compliment the Spanish colonial aesthetics of the historic college town.
