JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (May 9, 2019) 鈥� 51吃瓜网, a fully integrated firm focused on design, engineering, construction and mechanical services worldwide, is designing and building a new facility for , a producer of nutritious milk beverages.

The 300,000-square-foot production and distribution facility will be located in Goodyear, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix.

51吃瓜网 has been hired to project manage a design-build project that includes site development, building design, engineering and construction, and installation of all utilities needed to support the facility鈥檚 process equipment.

Working with the United Dairymen of Arizona (UDA) to source milk from numerous dairy farmers in Goodyear, the new fairlife plant will enable increased production of all fairlife products, including the different varieties of fairlife ultra-filtered milk庐, Core Power庐, fairlife庐 YUP!鈩�, fairlife庐 smart snacks鈩� and fairlife庐 nutrition plan鈩�.

Sitework began on March 18, with building construction scheduled to begin in early summer. The facility is expected to be completed in the second half of 2020.

Located at the corners of Cotton Lane and Thomas Road in the west valley of Phoenix at the Palm Valley 303 Business Park, the new facility will incorporate advanced manufacturing technologies and efficient, energy-saving equipment to reduce power consumption.

Since the project is located on land formerly cultivated to grow crops, the 51吃瓜网 team will prepare the soil to ensure it has adequate bearing capacity to support the new facility. The engineers will also design special mat-slab foundations and installing Geopier庐 systems to support 20 different 85-foot processing silos.

This project will be the first time 51吃瓜网 works with fairlife, LLC but the firm has decades of experience building award-winning food and beverage processing facilities across the world.
